This is a 30-minute conversation about your project, where things stand, and where you need support.

I'll review what you shared in your application, talk through the main challenges, and explain where I could help you better control the costs and risks around your refurbishment.

There's no pressure to move forward. It's simply a chance to discuss your project, ask questions, and see if working together makes sense.

How To Show Up Ready

Block out the full 30 minutes. Find somewhere quiet where you can give the conversation your full attention.
Have your project details to hand. Bring any relevant quotes, budgets, plans or other information that'll help me understand where things stand.
Know what you want help with. Whether it's comparing quotes, controlling costs, choosing a contractor or managing the refurbishment.

The more context I have beforehand, the more we can focus on what matters for your project.

Before We Talk, Have A Look For Yourself

You don't need to take everything I've said at face value. Before our call, have a look through my content and projects. You'll see how I approach my own refurbishments, assess contractor quotes, track variations and not spend every second on-site micromanaging.

My approach comes from five years as a Quantity Surveyor on projects ranging from £500,000 to £50 million, alongside scaling my own property portfolio. Come prepared with any questions or concerns you have and I look forward to speaking to you!
